Where can I download TVCO?

You can download the app here, or you can find it by searching the App Store or Google Play.

 

How much does it cost?

The app is free- anyone can join the conversation! We offer in-app purchases and other add-ons, but you’re not required to make any purchases in order to enjoy the app.

 

Can you sign up with an email address?

Currently, the only way to register for an account is with a phone number.

 

What do you do with the information we give you?

We don’t sell your information. For more information please review our Privacy Policy.

 

How does TVCO work?

Once you create your account, you can chat with other fans about all your favorite shows. You can start your own live video broadcast, publish a vlog, join someone else’s broadcast, or leave some comments on community pages for each show.

 

How do you monitor inappropriate activity? What should I do if I see inappropriate content?

We want TVCO to be a fun experience for everyone, and we have a Code of Conduct that we take seriously. Please read our Terms of Service for more information. If you feel someone is acting inappropriately, you can block them from within the app. As always, if you see any inappropriate activity, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected]

 

Do you record broadcasts?

By default, we don’t record any live broadcasts. Before you go live, you will be given the option to save your broadcast to your profile upon completion. If you elect to do so, we will record your broadcast.

What are TVCO Coins?

TVCO Coins are our virtual in-app currency that you can purchase in order to participate in some of our extra features. As a reminder, you’re not required to make any purchases in order to enjoy the app.

 

What are boosted comments?

You can highlight your comments in gold in the chat rooms and in live video broadcasts, and increase your chances of getting noticed by the broadcaster and other fans.

 

What if I can't find a show I watch?

We’re adding shows all the time! Just email us at [email protected] with the show you want to see.

 

How do I start a broadcast?

Tap on the video camera icon on the navigation bar, select the show you’ll be chatting about, set a topic, and you’re set! All you have to do is tap on GO LIVE and start chatting with your viewers.

 

Can I broadcast live if I’m not connected to wifi?

Yes, you can. However, to ensure the best possible broadcast, we recommend you use a strong wifi connection.

 

How can I change my profile photo?

On your profile, tap on the settings button on the upper left corner. You have the option to change your profile image, username, full name, and bio.

 

I have an amazing idea for an animation for the app!

What should I do if I am experiencing technical issues with the app?

We work hard to ensure the app runs smoothly for all users. If you are experiencing issues within the app, please try these brief troubleshooting steps:

-Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.

-Make sure that you’re using a strong WiFi connection, if possible.

-Close down all other apps that you have open.

-Shut down your phone and restart.
